Technical and Quality Coordinator
Near Tunbridge Wells, Kent
£30,000 - £34,000 per annum

I am currently working with a leading food manufacturing business based in Kent that is looking for a Technical and Quality Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Maintain and oversee the company's quality assurance systems to ensure full compliance with BRC and food safety standards.
•    Support the implementation of HACCP and conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
•    Carry out regular inspections and audits of production processes, proactively addressing any quality issues.
•    Manage documentation for food safety, quality control, and customer specifications.
•    Assist with product testing and collaborate closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team.

Key Requirements:
•    Proven experience in a similar technical/quality role within the food manufacturing sector.
•    Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, and general food safety regulations.
•    Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
•    IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
