Job Title: Labourer

Location: Staplehurst, Kent

Start Date: Monday 18th November, 2024

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team in Staplehurst The successful candidate must have a valid CSCS Card and provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a long term project and we are looking for individuals who can commit.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labour duties on the construction site.
Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site.
Assist with various tasks as required by the project.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card.
Own PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
