About The CompanyWe are thrilled to be partnering with an established family-owned property company based in Kent. With a history spanning over 5 decades, they specialise in both residential and commercial property management and acquisitions.The RoleOur client is seeking a Finance and Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis for a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential option to become permanent at the end of the contract.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Process invoices and receipts
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Organise and maintain files and records
  • Assist in co-ordinating meetings and events
  • Support the office with additional tasks as needed
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in a finance or office administration role or a role of similar nature
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
