GSL Education Kent are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Cranbrook on a full-time basis, working 5 days a week. Responsibilities:-
Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with special educational needs.

Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development.

Help create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure students receive the best support.

Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents.

Support students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.

A patient, adaptable, and caring approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
