GSL Education Kent are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Cranbrook on a full-time basis, working 5 days a week. • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with special educational needs.

• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development.

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure students receive the best support.

• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents.

• Support students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.

• A patient, adaptable, and caring approach to supporting children with diverse needs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• The ability to use creative strategies to engage and motivate students.

• A commitment to ensuring every child receives the support they need to succeed.
