Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Semi-Skilled Technicians to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a Semi-Skilled Technician, you will assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of ground support equipment, including tugs, baggage carts, aircraft loaders, and other mechanical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical experience looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of ground support equipment.

  • Conduct routine servicing, inspections, and basic repairs.

  • Support skilled technicians in diagnosing mechanical faults.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues.

  • Work as part of a team to ensure all equipment is operational and efficient.

  • Adhere to health and safety policies within the airport environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 1 qualification in Mechanics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or a related trade.

  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and work under supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

  • A valid UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
