First Recruitment Services are delighted to be partnered with our client, an expert in their field. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis to start immediately! The hourly pay for the role is between £15.38 - £16.83 per hour.

Customer Service Duties

  • Manage the customer service team.
  • Ability to answer queries related to the customer journey.
  • Manage the customer service processes.
  • Supporting the customer service team.
  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings.
  • Liaise with the finance team, ensuring payments are processed.
  • Organise and run daily briefings between customer service team and the warehouse team.
  • Run monthly reports and reviews.
  • Answering incoming calls, and deal with any customer queries.
  • Raising orders onto the system accurately.

Experience:

  • Two years’ experience working within a Customer Services environment.
  • Experience of ERP System, CRM and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience managing a team.
