Job Title: Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring the smooth creation and delivery of content, managing the company websites, championing our social media accounts, analytical reporting of marketing results as well as some ad-hoc responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is up-to-date, SEO-optimised, designed for lead generation and aligned with our brand.
- Content Creation: Full lead on creating content for social, websites, and print across various mediums, including video, infographics and blog posts.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media presence, posting content, growing engagement, and monitoring performance across multiple platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Keyword Focussed Creation: Create engaging and original blog content, using targeted keyword research to ensure high-ranking articles that promote our services and educate customers.
- PPC: Manage digital advertising efforts, including paid social media and Google Ads
- Graphic Design: Handle artwork and design tasks, ensuring all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with the brand (experience with tools such as Adobe or Canva is a plus).
Requirements:
- Experience in a marketing role is essential
- Understanding of website content management systems (WordPress), SEO, and digital marketing tactics.
- A creative thinker with skills using Capcut, Canva and Adobe Suite
- Strong analytical skills to provide data-driven regular reports to management
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools (Hootsuite)
- Creative flair and an eye for design. Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
