Personal specification:
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a track record of achieving targets• Self-motivated• Target and goal driven individual• Adaptable• Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database• Confident dealing with clients and purchasers• Experience of booking, accompanying and following up viewings• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships• Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer unparalleled client care• Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to ÂŁ35,000, plus office commission enabling you to earn in the region of an attractive ÂŁ50,000 to ÂŁ70,000!
