Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
- Handling phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Assisting Regional Partners with client correspondence
- Taking a proactive role in supporting Regional Partners
- Supporting marketing activities, including mail merges, reports and mail distributions
- Actively promoting the company on social media platforms
- Communicating with clients and addressing any urgent queries
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Administrator or Personal Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment
