Our client is looking to recruit an organised and proactive HR Recruitment Administrator to cover a 12-18 month maternity leave. Working with this great team you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and on-boarding processes, ensuring that candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment inquiries from both candidates and recruitment agencies, providing assistance and addressing queries.
  • Managing and maintaining all recruitment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and safer recruitment practices.
  • Coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and supporting in the short-listing process for candidates.
  • Ensuring timely communication with candidates and providing a positive, professional recruitment experience from application to offer.
  • Leading the referencing process and overseeing pre-employment checks to ensure compliance before a new starter’s first day.
  • Supporting the induction process for new starters and helping them integrate smoothly into the company.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous Recruitment experience would be an advantage but if you have strong administration and coordination skills we would love to hear from you.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
