Our client, a leading specialist manufacturer in their field, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Manager to join their dynamic team in Cranleigh.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet required quality standards
  • Take ownership of the non-conformance process, including logging, investigating, and reporting non-conformances
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the quarantine area, ensuring proper maintenance and rotation of retain samples
  • Review product quality issues, including customer complaints, and initiate corrective actions
  • Support the Compliance Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Line manage one direct report to assist in the above tasks
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality control environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experience in quality assurance within the cosmetics or chemicals industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in preparing quality and regulatory documentation, with a solid understanding of industry standards
Package:
  • This is a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 9 months
  • Competitive Salary up to £40,000pa DOE.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
