Sonic Summary

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join a respected firm in Cranleigh, offering a salary with generous commission splits of 70% on self-generated business.
Candidates must be CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified and ideally located within one hour of Cranleigh.
While some advising or sales experience is preferred, full training will be provided for newly qualified advisers.
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, providing mortgage advice, and collaborating with the admin team to manage cases.
The position offers flexible hybrid working, marketing assistance, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

We are recruiting a Mortgage Advisor for an established and respected firm in Cranleigh. Who can offer leads to help grow your client bank, will help boost your marketing, provide post sale admin support and offer the flexibility of hybrid working whether you are a newly qualified or experienced adviser.

Key Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor:

Engage with clients and collate accurate information and documents.
Provide advice and recommendation on Mortgage & Protection Products.
Work in conjunction with the admin team to manage cases through to completion.
Carry out CPD to maintain relevant and up to date skills and knowledge.

Requirement Skills & Qualifications for a Mortgage Advisor:

Must be CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified.
Must be located within 1 hours from Cranleigh.
Preferable some advising or sales experience but this is not essential as full training provided.
