About the Role:Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team in Cranleigh as a Temporary Admissions Administrator. This role involves providing administrative support for our admissions process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process admissions applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Communicate with prospective students and their families.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the admissions process.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Take instructions from the Admissions Panel.
  • Respond to enquiries about applications using provided precedents.
  • Collate and file documentation for potential students.
  • Request and send out assessment reports and conditional offer letters.
  • Organise and follow up on assessment visits and new student documentation.
  • Arrange visits for parents and Panel members.
  • Organise onsite assessment visits.
  • Attend Admissions Panel meetings.
  • Input and update student details onto SIMS.
  • Maintain the statutory register of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
