Our client, the specialist school, college, and children's home based in rural Surrey is actively seeking compassionate Support Workers to become integral members of their team on a temp and temp to perm basis, making an impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

They specialise in working with children and young people facing complex learning disabilities, severe social communication, and behavioural challenges. As a Social Care Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting these individuals, aiding in the development of crucial life skills and guiding them toward adulthood with compassion and dedication.

Support Worker Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, mental, physical, and emotional resilience.

  • Flexibility to undertake sleep-in duties.
