What You'll Do:
- Facilitate the social, emotional, and educational development of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with educators to implement tailored learning activities.
- Prepare and organize materials for pupil programs and lessons.
- Support and participate in external educational activities, enhancing pupil experiences.
- Manage and assist during playtimes and mealtimes, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
- Provide personal care and promote independence among pupils.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in activity and dining areas.
- Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about child development and education.
- Resilient and positive, capable of adapting to challenging situations.
- Keen on learning about and working with learning disabilities.
- Comfortable providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- No previous formal experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Access to Guildford area, with a free shuttle bus service provided.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain an Adult and Children DBS through our facilitation.
