What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate the social, emotional, and educational development of pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with educators to implement tailored learning activities.
  • Prepare and organize materials for pupil programs and lessons.
  • Support and participate in external educational activities, enhancing pupil experiences.
  • Manage and assist during playtimes and mealtimes, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
  • Provide personal care and promote independence among pupils.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in activity and dining areas.
  • Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about child development and education.

  • Keen on learning about and working with learning disabilities.
  • Comfortable providing personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • No previous formal experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

  • Must possess or be willing to obtain an Adult and Children DBS through our facilitation.
