What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored support to individuals with special educational needs.
- Assisting with personal care tasks when needed.
- Implementing creative learning plans and activities.
- Monitoring and recording student progress and sharing insights with teachers and parents.
- Fostering a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborating with a fantastic team to ensure integrated student support.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role, especially with ASD and personal care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach.
- Flexibility to work within the hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
