I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a housing association in Shropshire with only 1 day of office working per week.
Contracts Manager duties:
- Ensure that programmed works are completed within time and on budget
- Be responsible for the delivery of an annual single investment plan across the property portfolio, with emphasis on Major works, DMC, Structural works, Major Aids & Adaptations whilst maintaining Decent Homes Standard.
- Manage a small team of Apprentice Surveyors, Clerk of Works, TLO's, Co-Ordinators and Admin Support.
What is required for the role:
- Proven experience managing contracts
- Experience in Social Housing
- Relevant trade qualifications
