- Manage relationships with third-party Systems Integrators, negotiating favourable outcomes that support the company's expansion and technological advancements.
- Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, data management, and analytics, ensuring technology and systems are robust and effective.
- Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company against operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering) with an advanced degree being highly desirable.
- A proven track record of operational excellence, including optimizing processes, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Strong financial acumen, with a solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
