Description

  • Providing first-line support: Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, Microsoft teams messages and calls from employees.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the system, such as time recording, billing, disbursements, reporting and back-office system interactions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems: Conduct thorough analysis to identify the root cause of problems and apply appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the PASO team and other National Technology teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Focusing on service management: Track and document support requests. Prioritize and escalate issues as required to ensure timely resolution and maintain the outstanding service level provided.
  • Providing user training and enhance documentation: Conduct training sessions to help end-users effectively utilise the system. Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and common issues.

Profile

  • Some experience of troubleshooting and problem-solving, with an eye for detail.
  • Basic understanding of service management principles and problem prioritisation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with end-users.
  • Experience in an accounting, finance or bookkeeping role.
  • May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
  • May have previous experience working as a Finance Administrative Assistant.
