Our client, a leading multichannel distribution company, is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Administrator to join their growing team in Crawley.This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative and operational skills in an office-based environment!What's on Offer:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Competitive salary of up to £23,000pa (depending on experience).
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off (increasing to 25 days after 1 year of service).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative operations for the Customer Service/Client Services team.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with production schedules and order availability.
  • Regularly liaise with the Customer Service team to provide updates on order timeframes.
  • Perform IT database cleansing, ensuring client contact information is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the delivery of efficient operational processes and IT systems across the business.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
