As our expansion continues, we are looking for someone to join our dynamic Operations Team.
Aviation Logistics/Operations Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics for aviation shipments, including urgent out-of-hours requests.
- Support warehouse operations, ensuring all procedures and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Provide flexible holiday and shift cover as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Operate forklift machinery (training available if required).
- Handle inventory, packaging, and shipment preparation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Aviation Logistics/Operations Specialist - Qualifications and Skills:
- Forklift licence is required; however, we offer training if needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holiday cover and shift work.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
