- Coordinate and schedule long-haul travel for engineers and subcontractors for maintenance work.
- Manage aircraft handovers and oversee the process of repossession, including storage, maintenance, and documentation.
- Order required components and ensure invoices are correctly matched.
- Produce reports using Excel and update the Technical Events Overview Project Sheet to monitor resource availability and constraints.
- Maintain technical filing systems, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Manage travel logs, calendars, and logistic emails to ensure correct documentation and approvals.
- Support the Finance Manager with technical purchase orders, project codes, and supplier invoices.
- Assist with the preparation, resource availability guidance, delivery, and administrative review of ad hoc inspections and projects.
- Previous experience in scheduling within a complex engineering environment, ideally on a global scale.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data and documentation.
- Good understanding of aviation industry structures, company policies, and working requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to produce and interpret reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Salary of up to £38,000pa DOE.
- Monday - Friday, Flexible working hours (must work 7.5 hours per day, between core hours 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
