Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Finance team of a lovely company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a temporary job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with proven Accounts Receivable - Sales Ledger, Credit Control experience to be part of the AR team, supporting with international credit control, multi-currency transactions, handling customer queries, reconciliations etc.
Pay rate: £13-14 per hour + holiday pay
Duration: Temp initially for 2-4 weeksLocation: Office based - Crawley, West Sussex. Mon-FriFree parking onsite
Accounts Receivable Assistant duties:
- Credit control
- Monitor the AP / AR mailbox, responding to any invoice or payment queries
- Maintain customer accounts
- Multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Supplier payments
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivables - finance support role
- Experience of multi-currency transactions
- Good communication skills
- IT skills - Excel and Sage 50
