Grafton Banks Finance is assisting an exciting, growing business based in Crawley, which is seeking a Finance Administrator for an initial 3-month temporary contract. This role will support the finance department with various data entry and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
- Processing high volumes of financial data
- Raising ad-hoc invoices
- Inputting invoices, uploading them into the finance system, and ensuring proper coding and matching
- Handling ad-hoc payments
- Recording and inputting all receipts
- Reviewing invoices daily to ensure accuracy
- Liaising with customers regarding payment queries
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to commute to the Crawley office on a hybrid basis, working 3 days per week (on set days)
- Have strong administration or data entry experience
- Be potentially seeking their first role in finance (finance/accountancy graduate or AAT student)
- Have excellent communication skills
This role will offer hybrid working, with three set days in office and 2 days working from home.
