A leading Aerospace sector provider is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative. They are offering a personalised charter flights to destinations worldwide.The company has experienced rapid growth and recently expanded internationally, opening its first office in the USA with plans for another by year-end.

The Sales Development Representative position has been introduced to support the company's expansion efforts. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Executive, this Sales Development role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales executive to advance their career within a thriving business. This SDR candidate will be energetic, driven, creative, and commercially focused on customer needs.

Sales Development Representative responsibilities:

  • Explore and research potential new clients.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the Marketing team.
  • Conduct outreach via phone and email, using various sales tools.
  • Stay informed about current sales priorities and targets.
  • Collaborate with brokers to close sales.
  • Manage accounts of newly acquired clients to ensure success.

Skills & experience required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in targeted sales.
  • Strong telephone communication skills, as cold calling is a key aspect of the role.
  • Eagerness to receive feedback and a drive for self-improvement.
  • Self-motivated with a consistent attitude and motivation.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, independent thinker with a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in IT.
  • Experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
