- Work with the sales team to draft contracts and agreements once a sale is confirmed, ensuring accuracy before sending to the customer for finalisation.
- Evaluate current spending and profitability, advising the CEO on beneficial relationships and providing insights on market trends to optimise resources.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Handle general inquiries and redirect them to the sales team as needed.
- Transform data into graphs, charts & reports for better understanding.
- Previous experience in the cargo/freight industry is essential.
- Analytical mindset with a talent for data interpretation and strategic planning.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage contracts and agreements accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- £25,000 - £35,000pa DOE.
