What you'll be doing:

This role is fully remote

As a Corporate Development Manager you will source new business acquisitions from third party strategic relationships. You will drive our transition from automatic enrollment provider towards core workplace pension whilst also contributing towards retention.

  • Examine and understand the EBC and corporate advisor’s organisational structures, politics and key drivers.
  • Identify and drive forward new market opportunities and partnerships across all avenues of business advisers and groups of direct employers.
  • Identify and prepare costed business cases to drive new business flow with key target intermediaries & partners.
  • Position and present and gain agreement for profitable business cases in line with our strategic goals to key internal stakeholders.
  • Set and monitor success criteria with key intermediaries. Manage and renegotiate activity and expectation both internally and externally.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication, persuasive interpersonal skills, engaging and presenting at Board level and with multiple decision makers.
  • Extensive knowledge of B2B and B2C relationship management
  • Strong planning and organisation skills able to analyse reports and understand statistical information and complex issues.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities and adapt to pressure to meet targets and deadlines with a 'can-do’ mentality.
  • Influencing and negotiating with multiple decision makers.
