Overview:

Morrison Telecom Services and Avonline Networks, leading providers of telecommunications solutions, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations in the East and North Midlands. This role involves working under the Openreach network, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving performance to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and support a team of field engineers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess team performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to optimize project delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, team performance, and any issues or risks to senior management.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the telecoms industry or a related field.
