Business Development / Telesales Executive

Location: Crawley

Salary: Basic £24K - £30K plus bonus

Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading business near Gatwick. Our small yet established client has undergone tremendous growth and development within the last couple years, and is now looking to expand their award winning team.

They are looking to hire a Telesales Executive on a full-time permanent basis.

Key duties of the Telesales Executive:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Upselling products and services to best fulfil the customers' requirements
  • Working towards assigned sales targets
  • Forging positive and profitable customer relationships
  • Logging correspondence and activity onto the CRM system
  • Collating reports on Excel and presenting to the team

Key Experience/Skills:

  • Experience working within a call centre or telesales environment
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Confident and articulate communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
