Job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Safely and timely deliver parcels to customers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip
- Adhere to safety standards and traffic laws

Skills
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role ( At least 2 years)
- Valid driver's license with no more than 6 points
- Ability to drive vans and handle commercial driving tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to lift heavy items
- Organisational skills for efficient route planning and delivery coordination

Job Type: Temp to perm

Pay: £14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
