We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative with expertise in Carpentry and Plumbing to join our Clients team. This role involves a wide range of maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works, and property updates / refreshes across various properties in the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will deliver efficient, high-quality service and meet project deadlines.
Day-to-day of the role:- Carry out maintenance and responsive repairs across multiple trades with a focus on carpentry and plumbing.
- Complete void works and property maintenance tasks efficiently and within set deadlines.
- Ensure all work is performed to a high standard, maximising customer satisfaction.
- Work across the surrounding areas, providing first-class service to properties and Tenants
- Manage time effectively to meet work schedules and commitments.
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative, particularly in carpentry and plumbing.
- Ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
