Duties of a Parking Control Attendant:
- To carry out patrolling across various train station car parks ensuring that they comply with health and safety regulations.
- To carry out cleaning duties across the car park, ensuring rubbish and debris is collected and removed from site.
- Maintenance of all car park equipment, ensuring all is in good working order
- To assist customers with queries, assistance requests and complaints
- Maintaining strong communications with the operations managers and other colleagues
- Enforce parking regulations by issuing Penalty Notices, warning notices and customer awareness
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a customer service
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Commitment to health and safety practices
