Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Lead the creation and management of comprehensive, competitive proposals in response to customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams across sales, operations, finance, and technical departments to define project scope and solutions.
  • Governance and Approvals: Oversee key approvals and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.
  • Handover to Delivery: Facilitate seamless project transitions by coordinating with technical, project management, and customer support teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive internal strategies to enhance processes and deliver better outcomes.
  • Project manage bids to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality submissions
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and competitive market insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software
