Are you a target driven/motivated individual with a strong background in sales? If so, please read further for details of this exciting opportunity. This role is dynamic, with at least 50% dedicated to cold calling and outbound calls to both new and existing customers. The aim is to expand the client base and increase product sales, meeting daily KPIs and revenue targets. The remaining 50% involves building and maintaining successful client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Day to Day tasks of the role:

  • Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to new and existing customers to increase the client base and product sales.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the office team and quotes created through sales activities promptly.
  • Build rapport quickly with internal and external contacts to increase sales and productivity.
  • Research organisations and individuals online to identify new opportunities and win business.
  • Increase the value of current customers by upselling and introducing a wider product range.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales for diary sharing to maximise route planning and sales activity.
  • Work with Marketing to plan and oversee new sales initiatives.
  • Liaise with the office team to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and business development experience with a proven track record in similar sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Proficient CRM user.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with business contacts at all levels and finding customer and business solutions.
  • Team player who can take responsibility for their own workload and results and work collaboratively to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Hardworking individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
