Business Development Manager

Permanent/Hybrid/Crawley, West Sussex/Ideally looking for a starter in February 2025

We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and foster partnerships within the security and technology solutions sector. Based in Crawley, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and the drive to achieve gross profit and client satisfaction targets.

Your Role:

  • Achieve Revenue Goals: Meet gross profit objectives by nurturing client relationships and providing tailored product solutions.
  • Build Partnerships: Develop long-term connections with key accounts, end-users, and installers, establishing a competitive edge for future projects.
  • Expand Pipeline: Actively research and identify project leads, building a solid and quantifiable sales pipeline.
  • Ensure Quality Delivery: Anticipate project needs, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Grow Client Base: Leverage networking skills to enhance our customer database and drive new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
