Our fast growing client is seeking an exceptional individual to join their growing team of Customer Experience Executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has superb interpersonal communication skills and are a detail orientated individual.

Our client is a designer and manufacturer of luxury, high end products. With decades of experience in their, our client delivers exceptional customer service and exquisite products.

This is a full-time, on-site role at their Head Office in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and maintaining strong communication with clients on a daily basis.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction / Customer Service
  • Strong analytical skills and communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of hardware products or a similar technical industry is a plus, but not essential
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to growth, development, and challenges
