Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Executive to join a leading employer based in Crawley, West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online sales platforms and a good understanding of e-commerce strategies. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, managing product listings, optimising online presence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Ebay and Amazon
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyse website performance and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and update promotional content.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining accurate product information and resolving customer inquiries
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay
- Knowledge of SEO, content management, and digital marketing.
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
