Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Executive to join a leading employer based in Crawley, West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online sales platforms and a good understanding of e-commerce strategies. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, managing product listings, optimising online presence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Ebay and Amazon
  • Develop and implement effective online sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and update promotional content.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining accurate product information and resolving customer inquiries
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
