What You'll Be Doing:- Build Relationships: Connect with existing customers to understand their business needs and uncover opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and boosting account sales.
- Revive & Thrive: Reach out to lapsed customers and introduce our offerings to brand-new prospects, sparking fresh business opportunities.
- Seal the Deal: Prepare quotations and follow up to turn opportunities into sales.
- Team Up for Success: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to hit sales targets and drive profitability.
- Market Magic: Promote marketing plans, initiatives, and product promotions as directed by Sales Management.
- Order Wizard: Process customer orders through our webshop and Sage system.
- Account Ace: Work with the Sales Support team to ensure effective account management and administration.
- Stay Informed: Keep our knowledge and data systems updated with market info, competitor insights, client feedback, and more.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify hardware sales opportunities and pass them to the Hardware Sales team.
- Support Squad: Partner with our Technical Support & Hardware Sales teams to offer additional products and services to our customers.
- Handle Inquiries: Manage inbound sales calls and inquiries, providing overflow support to the Sales Support team.
- Sales Pro: Proven experience in proactive, outbound sales and account management, with a knack for business development calls.
- Relationship Builder: A stellar track record of growing accounts and fostering profitable customer relationships.
