We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to enhance our brand presence, drive strategic growth, and lead impactful marketing initiatives. Come and join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Three Bridges,Crawley, West Sussex.

About the role:

In this Marketing Manager role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing OnSite Support as a leader in sustainability and safety, while driving our marketing strategies forward. You will be working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Other key duties will include:

  • Support brand management initiatives to strengthen our market presence and customer trust. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that align with our business goals. 
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and product promotions that enhance customer engagement, driving sales and brand loyalty. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and analysing marketing efforts using test-and-learn methodologies for continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to support targeted B2B marketing initiatives and contribute to pipeline growth. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights that refine our marketing strategies. 
  • Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making enhances our marketing effectiveness. 

About you:

You will be a collaborative and energetic marketing professional with a genuine passion for sustainability and innovation. You will need to take a hands-on approach and have a proactive mindset to excel in fast-paced environments. With a strong background in B2B product marketing, ideally within the construction or safety equipment sectors. Have a clear understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools, allowing you to manage customer relationships effectively. You will have exceptional communication skills and a commitment to measurable results.
