Day to Day of the role:

  • Build and develop business opportunities with a mix of warm leads, lapsed clients, and new business distributors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving continuous revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities to guide business strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the electronics industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and tenacious attitude with a competitive drive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
