Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to advance the sales cycle and hit performance targets.
  • Evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in sales.
  • Strong ability to coach sales team members to deliver a high standard of customer service and performance.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
