Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to advance the sales cycle and hit performance targets.
- Evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in sales.
- Strong ability to coach sales team members to deliver a high standard of customer service and performance.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
