- Lead and develop the sales team to become more efficient in qualifying andmanaging the sales leads.  Â

- Experience in technical sales management selling into the construction,building merchant, home building or similar industries.Â
- Experience in developing sales teams in dealing with sales leads effectively.Â
- Strong sales and customer service skills are required.Â
- Proven track record for increasing sales, identifying and creating new sales channelsand managing internal sales teams.
- Confident phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manageworkloads efficiently.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software including all Microsoft programmes.Ability to work independently and within a team.
