We are recruiting for a Head of Care for a leading residential care home in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at the Deputy Manager level in a non-clinical setting, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Lead and manage staff, ensuring compliance with care standards
  • Maintain resident care plans and work closely with families
  • Handle scheduling and staffing, including weekend cover


Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Deputy Manager (non-clinical)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
  • Ability to manage staff and resources effectively
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
