Are You Ready to Make a Difference in Early Years Education?We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a thriving nursery in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to support young children in their early development, while being part of a dedicated and supportive team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Support child development through age-appropriate activities and play
- Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver fun and educational experiences
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods
- Track children's progress and document key developmental milestones
What You'll Need:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning
- Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive approach
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
