They are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Our team is passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a love of learning in every child. The nursery is open all year round between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm.Job Description:Your new role will be as Room Leader who will be responsible for providing care for the children and working closely leading the rest of the team. The role will be as a Room Leader, and will be brilliant for someone looking to take the next step in their career. The wellbeing and happiness of our children and staff are our number one priority and the role will require you to support other members of staff with this. They are a warm, welcoming and friendly company and believe in supporting and developing their teams. The nursery can offer fantastic benefits, alongside comprehensive training, professional development and career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will have excellent team working skills, to work with the wider team to support the children in their care, ensuring the children are always safe and well looked after. To be a good role model to the children and colleagues, managing and motivating the team, creating a happy working environment. In the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager to undertake the overall day to day management of the nursery. They will need to be able to be creative and nurturing when supporting children. You will need to have excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements. You will need to have recent experience working within an Early Years Setting or with children.All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.Requirements:

  • Qualified with a recognised Level 3 within Early Years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Hold a current and valid First Aid certificate
