Our client is a leading provider of Enforcement Agent, Legal, and Debt Collection services. They are known for their reliability and trustworthiness, offering personalised debt recovery services to Local Authorities and the Private sector.
Due to the recent award of new contracts, they are seeking certified Enforcement Agents to join their dynamic team in Surrey or West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with debtors professionally and persistently to recover outstanding debts
- Conduct enforcement visits and legal actions as required
- Utilise advanced debtor engagement tools, including real-time tracing, financial profiling, and enhanced debtor contact
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings
- Achieve personal and team performance targets
Requirements:
- Certification as an Enforcement Agent
- Previous experience in enforcement, debt collection, or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure
- A professional, persistent, and respectful approach to debtor engagement
