Our client, a Facilities Management provider, is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join their team in the South of England, delivering expert drainage solutions across commercial and public sector sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct CCTV drainage surveys to diagnose blockages, structural issues, and pipe conditions.

  • Perform high-pressure water jetting to clear blockages and maintain drainage systems.

  • Carry out drain repairs, including excavation, relining, and patching as required.

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of drainage systems, including gullies, manholes, and interceptors.

  • Complete detailed reports on survey findings and maintenance activities.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in drainage engineering, with specific expertise in CCTV surveys.

  • Knowledge of drainage systems, including unblocking, cleaning, and repair techniques.

  • Licence: Full UK driving licence (essential).

  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment (e.g., CCTV survey units, jetting machines).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
