An independent, multi-disciplinary with over 40 years' of expertise, are now seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Surrey based office.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to Senior Building Surveyor level individual, who is keen to progress their career, working on major insurance claim pieces and join a growing business.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a profile of both residential and commercial properties, delivering a range of projects, with a particular focus on major insurance claims.

Your role as the chosen Building Surveyor, will encompass the full range of both professional and project service lines.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in a similar role, who is self-motivated and commercially minded.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Residential experience would be advantageous
